I still as of 7/22/24 am unable to download updated stock prices for my investments. This has been going on for several days. I would like to know when we can expect this to be fixed.

    Security prices are updating for me, so I'm not sure what your problem might be. They were not updating for about a 1/2 day last week but were fixed before the end of that day.

    I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. I didn't even know they had an issue last week since it has always worked for me. I suggest that you contact Quicken support using Help > Contact Support from within the Quicken program so that you can get this resolved.

    @johs,

    For how long has this been happening?
    Were you previously able to download quotes?
    Do you actually own these securities?
    When you do TOOLS, Security List is there a checkmark in the Download column across from each?
    What brokerage or fund company actually holds these?
    Are you getting any error messages or codes?
    Have you tried clicking INVESTING, Download Activity, Quotes?

    This has been going on for me since Thursday July 18 2024

    Been able to get all downloads prior.

    Security prices (I own the securities and they are held at RJF) are downloading, but not the transactions.

    This is also impacting banking/credit card downloads.

    In answer to questions from Notacpa: I own the securities. They are held by my broderage service at Fidelity. The message I get when I try to update prices is as follows: "Quicken online services are unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience."

    Signing out and signing back in as suggested in the post from UKR solved the problem for me. Thank you!

    Curious, because I also own securities at Fidelity Investments. Mostly funds, but some stocks … and I'm not having any problems with download from them.

    WHICH Fidelity are you using? They've got multiple names in Q. To see this, do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Financial Institution" column. If that's not showing it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the window. Also, which download method are you using. It's in the "Transaction download" column for the account.

    And you didn't answer whether they're checked in the Securities List.
