    Sorry, yes -same issue on retirement and non-retirement accounts. First time it happened was during the IT outage, and Schwab had a banner on their website regarding the issue. Still non-responsive a week later.

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to update your Schwab accounts? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can share with us here, please?

    Same issue here, except no error message. Quicken has not downloaded any investment account transactions from Schwab since 6/28. No error messages. Summary says all accounts updated, zero new transactions. Have de-activated and re-activated several times. No change. Quicken Classic Business & Personal, windows, updated to version R58.8, build 27.1.58.8 this morning. No change.

    What the heck… I also have been UNable to Download Any Current Transaction or Data from Schwab since ~ July 27th. ALL trouble shooting, deactivate & reactivate. Remove and fully reestablish on Both Quicken Classic Subj. App and on Schwab's website/system. File Validation clean, Contacted Quicken provided full system access and no answer, ideas or resolution.

    Are your tech people getting anywhere with this problem interfacing with Schwab? Its been going on for some time with no results or any indication of what is being done other than "They're working on it…no resolution date available." You ought to be able to give a better activity response than that.

    I'm also having what sounds like the same issue. Quicken says my Schwab accounts are updated but no new transactions are downloaded. And it looks as if it is only looking for data as of 8/12. I've deactivated and reactivated twice now but still not working. I also called the helpdesk but they were unable to solve my issue either.
