Add Types to Check # column

Suggestion: Ability to add new types to "Check #" column in register; for example, "Venmo". It allows me to enter manually but I'd like to make it a permanent type, and include it in Quick Fill or Renaming rules.
Also, I've suggested this repeatedly and have been told (not by Quicken reps) that it's impossible, but I would love the ability to have two lines per transaction in account registers.[See jacobs' post below for link to the idea for 2 line registers]

In your checking account register, you can instantly switch between a 1-line and 2-line display by clicking CTRL-2.OOPS, that was a QWin response. Don't know about QMac.

@jeyges I don't think they'd ever allow the Check Number to be saved in a QuickFill rule, since in normal usage, the check number is unique for each transaction. There is a separate field — Action — where you can enter the type of transaction it is, such as Venmo. But Action doesn't get saved in a QuickFill rule. I think requesting to save Action with QuickFill rules has a greater chance of being implemented.
As for two line registers, there's an existing Idea thread for this which you can add your vote to, and add a comment about why you feel a 2-line register would be advantageous.

Qmac: Check the # field in the Bank register to allow the addition of AutoPay, Venmo, or Zelle, or make it free from like in Windows Versions.

@fetz The check number field is free-form in Quicken Mac, you can type anything you want. This idea is for adding more options to the dropdown menu so folks who regularly use payment services don’t have to keep typing the same thing over & over.

@fetz There is also the "Action" column which you can add to your register, if you don't want to clutter your Check # column with text. You can create Actions (Window > Actions) so you can be consistent and select them from a dropdown menu when you're in the Action field.
