CC-800 error with 2FA St Mary's Bank - new

Question

St Mary's bank uses Alkami Technology to handle their e-banking.  This means Quicken is dealing directly with Alkami and not St Mary's Bank.  So, contact Alkami Technology and talk with their IT department.
