I downloaded my empower accounts but the balances read zero after syncing
I have found other posts with this issue…but they are closed with a comment to watch an open alert
"please be aware we have an open Alert regarding a zero balance with Empower accounts which you can view here
. "
Which is
but that is also closed. Are there any updates on Quicken correctly supporting Empower accounts?

As stated in the most recent update of the Alert, while it has been closed due to low activity, it is still considered ongoing and continues to be investigated.
An Alert being closed does not mean the open escalation ticket has been closed and is no longer being worked on. It just means that only the Alert has been closed as hardly any users are still contacting us about it.Hope this clarifies things!
