Capital Group/American Funds
Hi!
When attempting to add my Capital Group/American Funds account, an error is displayed stating that my PIN is locked. Has anyone encountered this error message before?

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Are you encountering this issue when you're trying to add the account to your Quicken file for the first time, or are you trying to reconnect an account that was previously connected in your file? Could you describe what happens before you get this PIN is locked error message (for example, put in userID & password, get prompted for PIN, then get the error)? Typically, if it's asking you for a PIN, it's connecting via Direct Connect. Did you have to contact the financial institution (or go through their website) to get a Direct Connect PIN issued?
