American Express savings accounts

I have two account a CD and a savings and when adding the accounts with the Amex banking option it only finds the savings account. It used to work now after many days of not working at all it only finds the savings account and not the CD. Amex call didn’t help they said they don’t know anything about it.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. You mentioned it worked until a few days ago. What happened when it stopped working? Were you seeing any error messages/codes? When you say it's seeing only the savings account, but not the CD, is this happening when you're trying to reconnect or re-add the account(s)?
If the account is not showing up as an option to link to your existing accounts in Quicken, then there are a few things that can cause this. Please answer the questions below:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the financial institution's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the financial made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
