Resolved: Issue with Quicken connecting to NetXInvestor

In recent weeks, a "contact your financial institution" error message started to appear and transactions would not download from NetXInvestor. After verifying with Quicken support and being bounced back and forth numerous times with NetXInvestor, I finally connected with a representative who knew exactly what to do.
Previously, the NetXInvestor log in (Quicken, direct connect) required a space between the institution ID and the user name/email address. There are older posts in the community describing the use of the space as this WAS standard practice. This requirement for a space has been eliminated, perhaps since Osaic entered the picture. Anyone experiencing the same kind of error message or connection issue with NetXInvestor ( especially those who can log into the NetXInvestor site directly with no problem) should verify there is NO SPACE in between the 3 character institution prefix and the user name/email used to log in.
