Discover Bank no longer supports Quicken

I contacted Discover Bank and asked why I could no longer download transactions from my bank accounts into my Quicken software. I was told they no longer support Quicken or QuickBooks and if I wanted more information I should contact the software provider. They apologized for the inconvenience this is causing me.

So, is there anything that can be done by Quicken to reverse this decision by Discover Bank?

Discover decided to drop Direct Connect and Web Connect downloads, not Quicken, Inc. Express Web Connect is still available for Discover Bank/Card, you will probably need disable online banking for your existing account and re-establish One Step Update for it.

Personally, I download a .CSV file and use ImportQIF to convert it to a QIF file and import that. It isn't as convenient, but it works.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, which ones?
