Fidelity Investments new issue! No transaction updates...

Background: Every month for years Fidelity updates my interest and / or dividends on the first of the month. Sometimes the last day of the month depending on where the weekend falls.

This month, all are up and have been since 8/1 on the Fidelity App and Site. But Quicken is getting nothing. For the first time.

I connect properly to Fidelity investments for two accounts through Direct Connect.

I don't know how to begin to sleuth or repair this.

Anyone else with issues like this with Fidelity? Would be good to know if just me or others have the same issue.

Thanks.

@Sandie thanks for posting! I would say it might be as long as 10 days for me, or just 3. Hard to tell as so few days of transactions to watch for.

Are you connected Direct Connect or EWC?

OK, did a bunch since posting.

    1. Fidelity says no issues with Quicken or Intuit. They still support Direct Connect, so that is not the issue.
    2. I created a new Test File and added one brokerage. It picked up ALL transactions. SO issue is wtith my LIVE Quicken file, it seems.
    3. I reset the connection to each of my Fidelity Accounts. No change.
    4. I validated, then supervalidated. No change.
    5. I tried to add a new Fidelity account hoping it would bring something up to "link to exisitng" but no. Only an ancient closed account. Current had no options to them.

I'm at a loss and need to get these right.

@Chris_QPW or @Boatnmaniac any suggestions? Anyone else?

    Thanks.

    One more thought:

A few months ago I read about showing the cash sweep account as a checking account in Quicken and loved the idea. So I did that. It worked until 7/23 for sure. Doubt that could cause this, especiially since its both IRA and Brokerage with the issue, but thought to mention.
