Utility Bills not linking

I am unable to link my bills for automatic update.

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to link Online Bills? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please? Also, please include the name of each Online Biller company.

    It is ComEd and Nicor. It says it is still connecting to the biller. It never connects or updates. Also my program freezes all the time.

    I'm showing two different instances for both ComEd and Nicor, could you please specify which of each 2 is the correct one?

    yes I was having way too many issues. The bills weren’t leaking then when I tried to fix it it put them in there twice. It’s not showing on my bills. It’s only going to 14 days even if I have it to 30 just deleted the whole program and I’m gonna start over I guess too many issues and it freezes all the time.

    I had been trying to fix it for quite some time. I got impatient and I am just gonna start over. I couldn’t find the answer.
