Bug in Net Worth and Account Balance reports

The Net Worth and Account balances reports show the proper accounts and totals for the specific date. However, if zero balance accounts are included, ALL zero balance accounts appear even those that were created AFTER the report date. The report criteria should only include zero balance accounts that exist as of the report date.
