Real Time Quotes. Not so Real Time
What up with RTQ. Lately a good percentage of my holdings do not update with Real Time. 20 minutes in and at least 1/3 of my holdings yet to update. This has gone on for some time. I have around 60 holdings.

There are several longstanding issues with real time quotes, but as far as I know no acknowledgement from Quicken.

Forum Moderators sometimes review issues discussed here and refer them to Development, but if you want Quicken to work on a problem, I recommend you contact Support via phone. Be sure the support agent understands the problem and gives you a ticket number for future reference.
You should also use the Help > Report a Problem menu in Quicken to submit the issue online. In your submission, be as clear and thorough as possible. Reference the ticket number and provide a link to this discussion. Provide step by step instructions to reproduce the problem. You will not get a response to an electronic submission, but they say they review and prioritize the submissions.

For the particular account, what's the download method? Direct Connect? Express Web Connect(+)? What?
Also, what brokerage holds this account?

Direct Connect with ETRADE. I refresh both at same time and Quicken is always behind. I do have real time quotes checked. Did a test unchecked….refreshed…..then checked and refreshed. No change. Wondering if there is even RTQ happening.

Do you also have "Automatically update quotes every 15 minutes" checked?
Real Time, by itself, doesn't do anything unless you specifically request a Quotes download. It's not "continuous" like the ticker at your brokerage.

No to the 15 minutes checked. And I realize I need to manually Update Quotes. It is nothing I am doing. It is the lack of Real Time Quotes. To be honest I do not really care if they are RTQ, I have those of course with my broker platform. Issue is if Quicken does not provide RTQ don't have that option. Just wondered if anyone else noticed or CARES. Thanks for replies.
