New Account Connection Issue with Credit Union

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I am using Simplifi, and trying to connect a new account with my credit union. (UW Credit Union). I have been trying for two days to connect, but received the same message:
"
We are unable to connect to UW Credit Union at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102
I am using Windows machine, with Chrome browser.
