Error Connecting Online Bills [Edited]
Quicken continues to insinuate that it can connect to my utility bills but it appears like it no longer can. This happens now with the majority of my bills! I just wish that if Quicken cannot connect bills it would just say that [Removed - Rant].

I took the liberty of reviewing the internal status of this Online Biller shown in your screenshot (Central Maine Power Company), and it is showing a Healthy internal status as shown below so it should be able to connect.
However, since you are experiencing this error. Please review and follow the troubleshooting instructions provided below.
First, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the error still continues to persist.
