After One Step Update, balances in quicken accounts do not match online balances.
Just noticed this . I think it has been happening for at least a couple weeks. Anyone have ideas on how to fix. Accounts are all retirement investing accounts with various brokerages. Problem impacts all of them.

I have not seen this specifically, but I have noticed that some quotes are delayed well past the 15 minutes that the alert specifies. I chalked it up to time zones or something. When I log in to my investment broker's websites the balances (number of shares, price, account balance) match my Quicken accounts.
You don't mention whether the account discrepancies are from Security price quotes, number of shares held, or missing transactions. That is an important distinction that may help diagnose the problem.

Problem resolved. Remembered I had this problem about a year ago and had to delete the accounts from Quicken, then re-add them. This took care of the issue.
