ONGOING! 8/26/24 Capital One Card Services- Quicken Couldn't Find any Accounts to Add/Sign-in failed
We are receiving reports that customers trying to add credit card accounts for Capital One are getting a message saying, "Quicken couldn't find any Accounts to add." Users may also see a "Sign in to Capital One Card Services bank Failed. Try Again." We are aware of the issue and are working on it.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
