Having Issues Linking Capital One personal and Capital One Business credit cards
I previously linked a C1 personal credit card and would like to link my C1 business card as well. When I go to link and sign in again, it asks me to check the business account to share data, but when I go back to Quicken, it only recognizes the personal C1 account.
I have tried unlinking, signing in and out, only linking the C1 business, but to no avail. Quicken only asks to link the personal account. Help please!

Hello @DianaW,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. I can see there are a lot of connection options under Capital One. Which one(s) have you tried when attempting to connect the business card? Are you seeing any error messages/codes? If not, what is happening (for example, is it not listed at all on the Add/Link screen in Quicken)? What is the login URL (web address) you use when logging into that account directly through the financial institution's website?
I look forward to your response!

Hi Kristina,
Thank you for the prompt response.
URL: https://consent.capitalone.com/#/consent/customertransactions
Capital One Card Services - (Error message, Sorry. We have encountered an error. Try again now…) If I select both the personal and business cards, this prompts me to link the personal card only. If selecting the business card, I get an error.
Capital One Visa Business Platinum - (Error message: Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or a connection error) Prior to this error message, I am able to log in successfully to C1, checked the business card and get the "Your accounts have been authorized successfully" screen.
Capital One Card - Current (Error message: Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or a connection error) Prior to this error message, I am able to log in successfully to C1, checked the business card and get the "Your accounts have been authorized successfully" screen.

Thank you for your reply,
Is the business account under the same UserID and password as the personal account? Are you the owner of the business account, or an authorized user? Has there been activity on the account in the last 90 days?
Just to verify, is the URL you provided the exact URL that you use to log into that account directly through the financial institution website? It's not on our list of supported financial institutions, and when I test the link, it doesn't go to a login page; it brings up an error.
Thank you!

Yes, owner of the account and both are listed when logged in at the URL below. Yes, activity in last 90 days.
The URL for login is:
https://www.capitalone.com/
