Unable to update Capital One account

Well, once again, Quicken fixes it and breaks it again, I am unable to update my Capital One account, just like 6 months ago after being forcefully updated to:

Version: R58.9
Build 27.1.58.9
Windows 11 Enterprise

What's the workaround, and how soon will we have a patch?
