code 502 Space Coast Credit Union
Hello, I've had an on going issue with downloading from my bank Space Coast Credit Union. I get the above code and nothing is getting fixed. I pay to use Quicken and would appreciate this issue being cleared up. Its been this way for a couple weeks now! I've sent the report in several times and still nothing.

Hello @Jako,
Are you calling into Quicken Support directly or utilizing the "Report a Problem" function when you mention having sent in a report multiple times?
Also, due to the length of time that you have been experiencing this error, I suggest contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance as an escalation may be in order. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
You can also read more information regarding a CC-502 error message here.
I apologize for not being able to be of more assistance.

Hello @paulhextell,
We do currently have an active alert regarding CC-503(FDP-103) error messages with Space Coast Credit Union. You can follow this link to access that alert where I suggest that you bookmark the alert for all further updates.
Regarding the CC-503 error message you are receiving with First National Bank of Omaha, A CC-503 error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I'm having the same issue today (10/15). I was automatically switched to SCCU's new website. It looks like the new site doesn't have Quicken integration yet.
Is there another link that works so I can bookmark it?
