code 502 Space Coast Credit Union

Hello, I've had an on going issue with downloading from my bank Space Coast Credit Union. I get the above code and nothing is getting fixed. I pay to use Quicken and would appreciate this issue being cleared up. Its been this way for a couple weeks now! I've sent the report in several times and still nothing.

    Are you calling into Quicken Support directly or utilizing the "Report a Problem" function when you mention having sent in a report multiple times?

    Also, due to the length of time that you have been experiencing this error, I suggest contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance as an escalation may be in order.   • I can confirm that as of 9/18/24 this CC-503 issue with Space Coast Credit Union continues to persist. The ability do download transactions from Space Coast CU has been unavailable for a long time! Is this problem still "escalated"? I am not sure how many users are affected but perhaps we need to complain more. I did not want to complain if the problem is being worked on but now I am wondering if that is really the case. Since it's already been reported I had been thinking it would not be necessary to report it myself but I guess I will go ahead and do just that.
