Capital One card services no longer Syncing in one step update

Been using Capital one with quicken for years, all of a sudden since monday i can not connect.

Tried Resetting and disabling and it wont connect anymore

After confirming quicken is linked with capital one i get this error message

    It worked for me again this morning
