Major One Step Update issues - CC-501 errors

OSU this morning shows "green" checkmarks when running the OSU, but the summary page shows the following FIs with a CC-501 error.

Oddly, the "Last downloaded" in each account register DOES update, and it did appear to download transactions for at least some of these FIs, so it looks like the OSU summary page may be the error.

The impacted FIs - all using EWC+ as the connection method:

  • American Express
  • Bank of America - Quicken
  • Chase
  • Citibank (this downloaded a transaction even with CC-501)
  • Discover Card Account Center
  • Pentagon Federal Credit Union
  • Target National Bank (this downloaded a transaction even with CC-501)

My other accounts - using direct connect or legacy EWC updated properly. TD Bank didn't update, but that's another known issue that is a mess of its own.
