My BofA ebills do not update. Looks like this has been going on since 2023. Will it ever work? So far I find this confusing and unreliable.

    Hello @R2D2,

Could you please elaborate and provide further details as to what exactly happens when you attempt to update your Bank of America eBills? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.

    Hi Anja, thanks for reply.

I don't receive any error message. But the "Amount Due" in Bills view always just indicates "$0.00" (as entered under Schedule input dialog box). The Amount Due never updates to reflect my BofA credit card accounts balances or the amount of my last statement payment.

I have two credit card accounts with BofA, in "Bills & Income" screen both have the blue 'e-link' icon.

I have similar issues with Citi cards. In the past if I delete and re-link, sometimes Amount Due would update to match my upcoming payment. However, [I think] this only happens after my monthly statement balance due by Citi or BofA. But eventually, elink fails again and shows "$0.00."

My online accounts for both BofA and Citi provide upcoming Statement Balance and Due Date on the landing screen. I don't see Quicken cannot consolidate this into Bill & Income. So far Bills & Income provide almost no cash flow forecasting benefit.
