New connection to (US) UFBDirect CC-511
Get error CC-511 when setting up new connection for new bank account with UFBDirect bank. Tried several times, no success

@Quicken Anja That is waste of time: I've done it several times, they let you create a copy and do it again and again, and then send the logfiles. And then you don't hear anything and no way to follow up. Useless. If you encounter an issue, you have to live with it, try it in 2-3 weeks or bypass it to go to another bank that works.

Interesting, I was able to add the account connection without an issue while their (UFB Bank) site was down for maintenance…… See the comings days if I get the daily updates

Still working and getting daily automatic updates, although the Helpdesk says they don't support Quicken QFX or Quicken direct updates……
