Any ideas why Capital One won't sync with Quicken anymore?
I've been unable to sync with Capital One for over a month and I've been on the phone with Quicken Tech for 60 minutes with no luck either. Quicken goes through the motion without any errors, but no data gets downloaded

I can see that when you spoke with Support, they escalated the issue, and that escalated ticket (Ticket # 11233223) is still open. If the escalated team needs to communicate with you, they should reach out via email (the same email address you provided when you contacted Support).
In the meantime, since the issue you're encountering is a known issue, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.
