Does anyone know about the Automatic or Manual Backups Are Not Working? It has always worked. Has it not worked for others?

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when attempting to save a backup? So you receive any specific error messages?

    @Quicken Anja Can you please tell me if they are working on a fix for the automatic backups? I opened a ticket today.

    To clarify— when you say you opened a ticket, did you contact Quicken Support via phone or chat? Or did you navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a Problem Report (please be aware that doing this is not the same as opening a ticket)?
