Does anyone know about the Automatic or Manual Backups Are Not Working? It has always worked. Has it not worked for others?

To clarify— when you say you opened a ticket, did you contact Quicken Support via phone or chat? Or did you navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a Problem Report (please be aware that doing this is not the same as opening a ticket)?
