Missing Financial Institutions from OSU Summary

I am having same issue: OSU appears to properly run by indicating all Green Lights, but only my Credit Card accounts (Chase and Amex) appear in the OSU Summary. NONE of my financial accounts (Fidelity, Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, etc.) appear in the OSU Summary. BUT all of those financial accounts appear to actually get updated during the OSU process. This issue first appeared on/after August 15.

Also, I am running Quicken Classic Deluxe w/ Update Version R58.9 (in case Quicken Support needs that reference/data point)

Hello @Ajay2020,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Thank you!

Quicken Anja,
I followed your suggested actions, as detailed above. However, it did not fix my issue or make any changes.
When I initiate OSU, all of my accounts appear and all of them are "checked". Upon completion of running OSU, only 6 of my 7 credit card accounts (6 from Chase, 1 from Amex) appear in the Summary (the missing one is a Chase account). And none of my 5 financial institutions (2 from Vanguard, 2 from Fidelity, and 1 from Morgan Stanley) appear in the OSU Summary.
But ALL of these 12 accounts appear to actually get updated as I do see the red symbol on those accounts where there has been a download. It's just that my OSU Summary is vastly incomplete. This began around August 15, 2024.
What do you suggest I do next? Or will Quicken engineers dig into this issue, as I see others experiencing it.
