Citibank "Incomplete Registration" screen

on the dashboard for your credit card there is a subtle, tiny box, about mid screen, that asks you to enter the security code on the back of the credit card; doing this "completes" the registration. next, sign out of Quicken, complete the process on citi.com (Profile → More Settings → manage desktop apps → add access → continue → add access; then reopen Quicken and now can add this credit card to accounts
