Discover card does not download, but no errors
Windows, R58.9 Had been getting the CC-502 error; then for 2 - 3 days was able to download transactions; now the past 2 days no trans download but there is no error message

To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end. I'm not seeing any error messages. It is possible that the failure to download is related to the known issue (click this Community Alert for more information), but in case it's unrelated, please provide additional information.
When did the transactions (which haven't downloaded into Quicken) post on the financial institution side? Are they extremely similar to any other transactions in your register (sometimes, if everything except the date is the same, the newly downloaded transaction can be improperly matched to an existing transaction in the register)? Did you check to make sure your register is sorted by date and no filters are active (just in case the transactions are there, but hidden by a filter or the sort order)?
