How to fix phantom Fidelity transaction
Quicken thinks there's a transaction in my Fidelity IRA account, but there isn't. This happened a couple of years before but I don't remember the corrective action. For example if I try to reset account I receive this message, but there is no downloaded transaction.
Account is set to download automatically with auto entry on. Connection is Direct Connect.

I have located a Support Article that you may find to be of use regarding Quicken saying there are transactions to accept yet no transactions downloaded. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.
