ONGOING! 9/9/24 Citizens One Home Loan - Account Balance Showing As The Available To Borrow Amount

We have confirmed an issue with users trying to connect with Citizens Home Loan HELOC accounts receiving the "Available to Borrow" amount as their account balance, instead of the "Remaining balance" amount in Quicken for Windows/Quicken for Mac. This issue has already been escalated internally.
