UPDATE 11/9/24 Bank of Hawaii - CC-502/FDP-102, "It's not your fault" QWin & FDP-107 QMac
Our teams have discovered that users with Bank of Hawaii are receiving an FDP-102 in Quicken for Mac and a CC-502 in Quicken for Windows.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 11/9/24
We have confirmed that users with Bank of Hawaii are now receiving "Sorry. We encountered an error. It's not your fault" in Quicken for Windows and FDP-107 in Quicken for Mac. The previous error users were getting was a CC-502 and FDP-102.
