How do I access my Check Pay payees to edit/delete individual payees?

I have searched for answers to this question and can't seem to find a direct answer that matches my version of Quicken (RS8.9 Build 27.1.58.9). How do I access the complete list of Check Pay payees and how do I delete or edit individual entries? Everything I've found says to go to Bills & Income and look in the Bills tab, but the biller list only includes a small number of billers I have saved. I can create a new Check Pay Payee using the "+" symbol in the right-hand corner, but once created, can't find it again. I have a number of duplicate entries that need to be either updated or deleted. Where are the billers located?

Please navigate to the Bills & Income tab, then change the 3rd filter option to Payable Items.

Thank you for the response. I was able to find the list of billers, but the new biller I just entered is not on the list and I don't appear to be able to edit any of the entries on the list. Is it possible to edit billers or do they need to be deleted and re-entered? Thanks!
