I cannot download Wells Fargo transactions. I see comments that the issue is closed but that you are still working on it. This is not helpful. Please explain what is happening. Note that I will terminate my subscription if this problem is not solve before I find an alternate way. This would be a pity after using Quicken for 26 years.

    When did this issue begin to occur for you? After a recent update? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when attempting to download transactions with Wells Fargo?

    The last successful update was 8/9. Now I cannot upload Wells Fargo transactions. It ignores attempts to upload. I am told this has been escalated to level 3 (11231440), but I get conflicting reports. After several hours on the phone I am about to give up on this problem and quicken altogether. Please review the files rather than ask for my input again.
