I am only able to download checking account from Achieva Credit Union

I have Windows 11 Home, Version 10.0,22631 and I am using Quicken Version R58.9. I use Express Web Connect to Achieva Credit Union, but only my checking is downloaded although it says all of the other accounts are updated which they are not. Last update that completely worked was in May, 2024. I tried to reset accounts, but the only one that actually downloads is the checking, but they all say they are downloaded as of the date I do it.

    Hello @marsh2go,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to update your Achieva accounts in Quicken? When the One Step Update Summary claims all the accounts are updated, is it claiming transactions downloaded for those accounts, or does it show 0 transactions for those accounts?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend following these steps from this article on missing transactions to help troubleshoot the issue:

Be sure to follow these steps in order:

    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions. The option Automatically add to banking registers needs to be unchecked.
    2. Refresh your online account information by clicking the Actions Gear Icon on the upper right of the register, and select Update Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
    3. Confirm that the Sort Order in your account is by Date; just click the top of the Date column in your account register. It's possible the transactions are in your register, but not where you thought they'd be.
    4. Click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there's no filtering in your account register.
    5. Go to Actions (Gear Icon) > Register Columns > Check Downloaded Payee in the account register. This allows you to search by Payee to confirm the transactions haven't been renamed unexpectedly.
    6. Go to Tools > Account List and check Show Hidden Accounts at the bottom left. Confirm the missing transactions haven't been added to a hidden account by clicking on the name of any account that appears with a check mark in the Hidden column.

Please let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same problem and it started on 9/1. See my post (IQ CU D/L txn). I wonder it is an issue with Credit Unions. It does say that it downloaded transactions and they are not in the register. In fact my txns would be placed in the downloaded transactions section for me to review and accept. It is blank

Here's the resolution that fixed this:

please go to Edit> Preferences> Quicken ID and cloud accounts> sign in as a different user> Type YES> Sign out> (then please use the same Quicken ID and password to sign back in)

Are there new transactions in these accounts, dated within the last 30 - 90 days (exact date range depends on bank)?

How frequently do you download transactions into Quicken? Less frequently than once a month?

Some seldom used bank accounts which have had no transactions (except interest deposits) for several months may have been marked inactive ("dormant") by the bank and therefore are no longer available for downloading.

To catch up on missing transactions, consider accessing these accounts from the bank's website. See if you can download a Quicken-compatible (QFX) file for the missing date range and then import this file into Quicken
