Is anyone having problems connecting to PenFed FCU?

I cannot update, reset or add accounts to PenFed FCU. I keep getting error code CC-501. This has been going on for several days. I guess all we can do is wait and hope Quicken will get their ducks in a row to fix this problem. I am not holding my breath because this problem happens at least once a month if not more. It's not like PenFed is a brand new financial institution, by now Quicken should have figured out how quickly fix these problems whether Penfed or Quicken made a change to their systems. They should have measures in place to notify each other if a change is made. I guess Quicken does not care how it effects their customers as long as the money keeps coming in.

    Hello @ErnieV & @solostorm,

Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.

As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

Customer Support Team phone hours of operation are 5 am - 5 pm PDT Monday-Friday.
Chat Support is available  7 days a week from 5 am to 5 pm PDT.

Thank you for your response. But the problem persists. Contacting Quicken support is easier said than done. If and when you are finally able to make contact trying to communicate with them is not easy either. They act like oh my you are having problems with one of your banks. You should be able to give them the error code or codes and they should be able to take it from there. But no they act like it's a first time occurrence when in fact it's something that happens constantly. Then they want you give them some kind of log reports that are not easy to get or transmit. I feel these problems that are reoccurring should have automatic fixes. Sometimes they know there is problem but take no action to fix. They just sit back fat dumb and happy until somebody brings it to their attention. In the mean time I'll just download my transactions manually and keep hoping someone out there will develop a much better financial personal program than Quicken. I wish Quicken was more proactive and reactive.

Good luck to those PenFed users struggling to deal with Quicken.
