Downloading Transactions from Schwab

One of my holdings is Atlantic Union Bank preferred stock (ticker symbol AUB/PRA). When I download transactions from Schwab, Quicken insists this holding is AT&T (ticker symbol T). The only similarity I can see is that Atlantic Union's first letters are AT. How can I fix this? Quicken is determined that my holding is X shares of AT&T stock, which I do not own.

Hello @gcorth01,
First, I suggest creating a test file to see if the same issue occurs. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding. I also suggest deactivating Schwab in your main account before proceeding to the test file.
Let me know how it goes!
