Police & Fire Federal Credit Union started showing CC-501 error about a week ago.

File validated and super-validated with no errors.

I tried signing out and then signing back in.

I tried to reset account.

I deleted online info, signed out, then back in. Tried to add account.

Same result.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

This error is usually caused on the bank’s end and means that the Quicken server is being blocked from connecting to the account. Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.
