Has anyone heard anything about resolving the issues with Pentagon Fed Credit Union?
Like a lot of folks on this Quicken Community portal, I have not been able to connect with Pentagon FCU for at least 2 weeks. I keep getting error code CC-501 and 503. I contacted Quicken Support but all they tell they are aware of the issues and it has been escalated. Hard to believe that issues like go unresolve for such a long time. Both Quicken PFCU blame each other and the time the poor users are the ones enduring the consequences and nothing gets done.

I have been connecting each morning with no problems. Have you tried a 'Reset' on the 'Online Services' panel for the account which will pull in all your PenFed accounts. Years ago I actually had to deactivate and reconnect…

Thank you for your response Can you please on how to do the RESET on the 'Online Services' panel. I couldn't figure out how to do it. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Hello @ErnieV,
You can reset your Pentagon Federal CU account(s) by right-clicking the account name, clicking Edit/Delete account, navigating to Online Services, then clicking Reset Account.
I hope this helps!

Jasmine thank you so much for your detail instructions. Unfortunately that feature is not available to me. All my PFCU accounts are deactivated. When I tried to add them I get an error code. At first I was getting error codes 501 and 503. Now I just get error code CC-929. I contacted Quicken support they tell me they are aware of the issues and the problem has been escalated. However, this has been ongoing for weeks and weeks and no solution has been attained. Maybe someday Quicken will realize that the customer is the one suffering the consequences. "Telle est la vie"

PenFed for credit cards has been broken for at least 6 months and nobody at Quicken will even acknowledge the issue. It will connect a new account and download transactions that one time, then it never gets anything again. Savings/Checking downloads work just fine the entire time. I can disconnect/reconnect or reset the credit card and it will work again, but only that one time. I can manually download the webconnect file and it will import those transactions (though it re-associates the account with something else and permanently breaks the online connection until a disconnect/reconnect).
At this point I'd actually be happier if Quicken just said PenFed credit cards are simply not supported. Clearly that is the reality.
