Credit Card Downloads allow auto categorization on MAC Desktop

I have two entries downloading. Both are spectrum internet/phone. I'd like to categorize different. I tried to setup a rule but with download looks like it only allows one. This would be simple to do by $$ but only the default auto-categorizes and then I have to update other.
