Blue Federal Credit Union not working (again)
Others may have noticed that once again, BFCU web connect is inoperative. Further, when I attempted to disconnect and re-establish the connection, BFCU is not even listed in the available financial institutions list. I spoke with BFCU rep, who researched and came back to me saying that a "communication" was sent to Quicken/Intuit in August that the Blue Digital platform repairs/adjustments had been made, so the ball was in their court. Online chat yesterday with "Joshua" from Quicken stated "I've checked and the bank is no longer in contract with Quicken, that means that any kind of connection will (not) work because the system no longer connect with them, to resolve that the institution needs to request again to be in Quicken and once that is done they will be back in the software. "
Called BFCU back with this information, and rep researched and escalated. Word back from their digital IT team is that they're aware of the issue and "working on it". Of course no ETA. SNAMU.

Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when attempting to connect? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?

No error msg, only that BFCU isn’t even on the list of financial institutions. It just doesn’t exist.

Typically, when a financial institution is no longer listed, it means that they no longer support downloads with Quicken or their contract was not renewed as the support agent you spoke with stated. However, based on what the financial institution told you after they escalated, it sounds like they are working on it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to troubleshoot this.
If you hear back again and they claim it is resolved, but it's still not listed in the Quicken Classic program, then please feel free to reach back out and we can check on this matter on our side again.

I get a window popping up that says it can't connect and the institution is longer supported, but it actually DOES sync the accounts. But the window popping up with an error every time is annoying. (I'm on a Mac)
Glad to hear they're working on it. It took some time when they switched the platform last year, but eventually they did get it figured out.

Blue FCU sent email to me today stating this is solved. I was able to reconnect all my accounts.
"I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know that we were able to work with Quicken to get the Web Connectivity back up and running. If there is anything else we can do for you, please reply to this email or call us at 1-800-368-9328.

After a couple of downloads all appears to still be working.
