how can I download transactions from LPL broker to my quicken acount?

Hello @Bjc40004,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Are you connected to LPL, but unable to see transactions, or are you unable to connect LPL in your Quicken? If you're connected, is it connected by Express Web Connect, or Direct Connect? You can check this by going to Tools>Account List. You'll see the connection type in the Transaction Download column.

If you are not able to connect at all, then please provide information about what is happening when you try to connect and what error messages/codes you see, if any.
