Problems with Oakworth Capital Bank

I'm having trouble with updates for Oakworth Capital Bank. Quicken is downloading transactions fine, but it does not mark them as "cleared". If I try to reconcile using the online balance, Quicken will try to reconcile against the balance on 08-14-24 rather than the current date of 09-13-24.

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When you download from Oakworth Capital Bank, are you importing a .QFX file into your Quicken file, or are the transactions downloaded when you run One Step Update? Is the reconcile set to Use online balance, or Use a paper statement?

    At the top of the account register, is it showing the correct Last Download date/time?
