Duplicate transactions from BNY

When I was reconciling my August statement for my BNY Investment account, I saw there were lots of duplicate transactions. Almost all of them on the same day. I deleted the duplicates, but when I did OneStep Update again, they were all re-downloaded into Quicken. I had to delete them again. Now I hesitate to do the one step update. There were probably 100 duplicates, so this takes a while to fix. I'm using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows.

    To troubleshoot this issue, per this article on duplicate transactions, since the duplicates keep redownloading after you delete them, first try restoring a backup from before the issue started. If that doesn't resolve the issue, or if restoring a backup isn't a viable solution, then please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
