NEW! 9/17/24 Citibank - "Your Request Has Failed"

Citibank deployed a fix on their server yesterday (9/16) that is supposed to resolve an issue where users are presented with a "Your Request Has Failed" message after attempting to authorize their accounts via Express Web Connect+. However, if you are still experiencing this, we ask that you please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
