NEW! 9/17/24 CalSTRS Pension2 $0 Balance when Adding an Investment Account

Our teams have discovered an issue with CalSTRS Pension2 investment accounts with $0 balances. This mainly occurs on Quicken for MAC using Quicken Connect. This is happening because our OFX Screenscrape (a form of Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect) can successfully capture account details but cannot capture account activity. This is causing the accounts to be successfully added but showing a $0 balance with no activity.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
