Why are the log files showing error codes for Mac when I'm on Windows?

I was looking at the Customer Central Errors log-file and when I looked up a couple error codes using Quicken Help I saw that they are all for Quicken for Mac. For example AGGR_STATUS_CODE : FDP-108.

Windows 10

    Hello @JB_105,

The internal error codes for Windows are also FDP error codes. FDP error codes are not exclusive to Mac, though they are more commonly seen externally in Quicken Classic for Mac while external error codes in Windows will usually start with "CC" which is likely what you are used to seeing externally in Windows.

Can you tell us what financial institution you are experiencing an error with and what if any external error code or message you are receiving?

    Thank you!

    Hi Anja,

That makes sense. I figured there had to be a logical explanation.

It was Chase when trying to update but unfortunately I don't remember the external code. The internal code is FDP-400 which I looked up in Quicken Help. I've not had it happen since.

    Thank-you.

    Thank you for following up!

I'm glad I was able to clarify that for you, and glad to hear that the error you were experiencing appears to be resolved now.

    Thank you!
