I do not trust Quicken anymore. Recently there are errors (of omission) which I cannot rectify. I'll stick to the institutional websites

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Is this happening with online accounts, manual accounts, or both? If it's happening with online accounts, which financial institution(s) are the affected accounts with? To clarify, what do you mean by errors of omission (for example, data that's already in your file going missing, some or all transactions not downloading, etc.)?
