Unable to add Accounts at Synchrony Savings and Discover Card / Bank

Any updates on the add account problems with Synchrony Saving, Discover Bank, and Discover Card?

I am using Quicken Classic Premier on a PC and have been unable to get past the screen that asks for my login and password for quite a while. I always get the wrong password or login notice.

Been reading posts in the community but still can't find an answer.

    Hello All,

    For Synchrony cards experiencing error CC-503— this is a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates and information.

    For other financial institutions experiencing this error, please refer to this support article.

    Hi, Quicken Anja. Sorry for the delay. I keep getting the message "Opps. Did you mistype your login?" and the error code CC-503. I know the login and password are correct.

    As of October 2, 2024, I am having same cc-503 problem with Sallie Mae Bank. I know that login user id and password are correct.

    Nothing has updated for me with Synchrony (Sam's Card) since September. I get no error at all. When I try to reconcile, it says I have no uncleared transactions, although I have 4 transactions since Sept. 14th (including my payment to them) that should be showing as cleared.

    Today 10/8/2024, I was able to reconnect Quicken to my Synchrony Bank Savings account and download posted transactions.

    FYI. as of just a few minutes ago, I still can't connect to Synchrony Savings or Discover Card.
