Unable to Add New Chase Checking Account to Quicken

Hello. I am trying to add a new Chase Checking account. I go through the process of allowing Quicken access to the Chase accounts and all of my Chase accounts are listed including the new checking account. When I get to the screen in Quicken that shows my accounts and allows me to add or link to an existing account, the new checking account isn't listed. I think that Quicken may be trying to link the new Chase checking account to an old closed Chase checking account (different account numbers). Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • Hello @Kathy9,

Are you deactivating all of your Chase account(s) before attempting to reconnect/add your new account?

    Let me know!

Hi Jasmine. Thanks for your response. I was helped by Gerber on Chat. He/she walked me through the steps of deactivating the Chase accounts, unchecking the mobile accounts, and turning off Sync and I was able to reload the Chase accounts including the new checking account. I'm good to go.
